Function introduction of each department:
Pre-milling: double milling cutters are used to modify the ripple marks, burr or non-vertical phenomenon caused by the cutting saw/cutting saw processing to achieve better edge sealing effect. It makes the binding between the edge banding strip and the plate more close, and the integrity and aesthetics are better.
Gluing and edge sealing: through special structure, the edge sealing plate and edge sealing material are evenly glued on both sides to ensure a stronger adhesion.
End trimming: through the precise linear guide movement, the profiling automatic tracking and high frequency high-speed motor fast cutting structure are adopted to ensure the smooth cutting section.
Fine trimming: all adopt profiling automatic tracking and high-frequency high-speed motor structure to ensure the smoothness of the upper and lower parts of the trimmed plate. It is used to repair the excess edge banding material on and off the edge banding strip of the processed plate. The finishing knife is R-shaped. It is mainly used for PVC and acrylic edge banding of panel furniture, and the edge banding with thickness of more than 0.8mm is preferred.
Edge scraping: It is used to eliminate the ripple marks caused by the cutting process of the non-linear movement of the edge trimming, so as to make the upper and lower parts of the plate more smooth and tidy.
Polishing: clean the processed plate with a cotton polishing wheel, and make the edge sealing end face more smooth through polishing.
Slotting: It is used for direct slotting of the side plate and bottom plate of the wardrobe, so as to reduce the process of panel sawing and make it more convenient and fast; It can also be used for slotting the aluminum edge of the door panel.

Premilling unit with activation controlled diamond cutters, rotating speed 12000 rpm, 2x2.2 kW (3 HP), max. depth of cut 2 mm, max. workpiece height 60 mm, premilling cutters with diamond cutters width 65mm; ensures right angled and chip free workpiece edges.
Gluepot
requires only 15 minutes to reach operating temperature. The tool free quick change system guarantees quick cleaning and change over times when changing the glue or colour. The synchronised, fine adjustable glue roller ensures the right application amount of glue.

Corner rounding unit
Corner rounding unit for soft and postforming workpieces for the processing of the ends of the panel with 0.4-3.0 mm edge material and 10-40 mm workpiece height, With 2pcs 0.37kw motors. suitable for straight workpiece edges. Minimum workpiece length 250mm (with a 18 mm height).
Scraping unit, mechanical adjustment for R=2mm
Upper and lower radius scraper for the processing of 2 mm plastic edge material. with R2 cutter. Manually enabled and disabled.
If customer has 3mm thickness edge belt will use R3 cutter
Buffing unit
Upper and lower buffing unit ensures a perfect finish on the edge radius and removes any colour irregularities.
